Swearing is not by default forbidden on Momio. It's allowed to use swearwords to moderately and reasonably enhance a sentence. However, it's never allowed to use swearwords to bully, discriminate or make fun of someone else. It's also not allowed to send messages only containing swearwords. If you see someone using swearwords offensively, you can of course report the message.
