Your account can be deleted due to inactivity or seriously breaking the rules in Momio.
Accounts that have not been used for 24 months will automatically be deleted. This prevents Momio from filling with unused accounts and makes Momio work better.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to restore accounts that have been deleted due to inactivity or breaking the rules.
